Vicki Kendall

Senior Consultant

Vicki has over 15 years of experience in human resources with a passion for all things graduate, talent attraction and talent development.

Prior to joining Talent Solutions, she spent 5 years at Danone where she designed and delivered Danone’s 2-year Graduate development programme, from attraction and selection strategy through to programme content and pastoral care. As well as managing the graduate programme, Vicki led projects in talent development, employer branding, learning and data analytics. Whilst at Danone Vicki also had the opportunity to be seconded to the HR team in Tokyo for 6 months to support a range of Talent initiatives.

Vicki’s enthusiasm for graduate recruitment developed during her 2.5 years working at Ako Mātātupu on their award-winning Graduate Programme, which aims to reduce educational inequality in New Zealand by recruiting outstanding graduates from specialist subject areas to work in schools serving low-income communities.

Vicki’s experience spans a range of industries including FMCG, construction, education, not-for-profit and, earlier in her career, agency recruitment. She is excited to now be focusing full time in the Graduate space with Talent Solutions.
