Seren has over 20 years of experience in generalist human resources, talent acquisition and graduate programme design and development. Seren designed and ran her first graduate programme in 2001 while overseas in the UK and USA at Concert Communications (a joint venture between AT&T and BT); a programme which was recognised as the best new graduate programme in the UK by the AGR (now ISE).

While Seren continued to work in a range of human resources and talent acquisition roles in the UK and then Australia, graduate programme design and management always found their way into her remit. The programmes that Seren was responsible for won awards both in Australia at the Australian Association of Graduate Recruiters Industry Awards (while in her role of Recruitment Manager at L’Oreal Australia) and in New Zealand from the New Zealand Associate of Graduate Employers while she was Recruitment Director at Ako Mātātupu - Teach First NZ (Best Diversity Strategy, Best Print Marketing Material and Best Innovation in the graduate industry). 

Seren co-founded Talent Solutions in 2016 to support New Zealand organisations to improve their approach to early talent attraction and development and is delighted to bring her experience and passion for the industry to Talent Solutions’ clients.
