With over 15 years of experience, Aron has held diverse HR roles as both a practitioner and leader in various technology companies in Aotearoa, Australia and the UK.  Aron brings a breadth of experience working on organisational development initiatives, with depth specifically in attracting, selecting, onboarding and developing graduates and interns. 

As a strong advocate for youth development and finding better ways to integrate study with employment, Aron seeks ways to develop future leaders of Aotearoa and influence those around him to grow early talent.
