Stacey Nicholls

Senior Consultant

Stacey has over 13 years of experience in graduate recruitment, predominantly gained while working with J.P. Morgan, one of the leading global investment banks. Her time in London saw Stacey managing the attraction, selection and programme development of over 300 graduates and interns per year, sourced from universities across Europe.

After her return to Auckland in 2012, Stacey brought her skills to one of New Zealand’s largest law firms managing their national graduate and lateral recruitment programmes. During this time, the recruitment team’s graduate campaigns were regularly shortlisted at the NZAGE Industry Awards. Stacey studied a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) and a Masters of Arts (History) at Auckland University.  She enjoys a hands-on approach to recruitment, passionate about delivering a personal, positive brand experience to both clients and candidates.
