A lifetime fascination with people and behaviour at work led AJ to study organisational psychology and has underpinned her 20 years’ experience in selection and development. Working with clients to understand their organisation, AJ uses best-practice methodologies to identify the behaviours required for success in a role and to develop bespoke and immersive assessment and development solutions designed to identify and harness high potential. 

Her expertise lies in the creation of situational, competency and strengths-based assessments that give candidates the opportunity to experience the challenges of the role and organisation they are applying to, as well as fully assess candidates’ ability and potential to succeed. AJ is an ICF accredited coach and enjoys utilising these skills in the design and delivery of custom graduate development programmes for clients. Early talent assessment has made up a large part of AJ’s career with experience spanning New Zealand and the UK and across many sectors including government, FMCG, engineering, energy, retail, finance and aeronautical.
