Harsheeta Nandani

Harsheeta is Talent Solutions' newest consultant based in Auckland. Originally hailing from the beautiful isles of Fiji, Harsheeta holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Auckland. 

After seven years working in laboratories, she transitioned from a scientific background to a human-centric role as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Stantec. Her responsibilities included supporting the wider Talent Acquisition Team across Australia and New Zealand and overseeing the Early Careers space in New Zealand. Her achievements at Stantec include elevating the company among the top three Graduate Employers in New Zealand and doubling application rates, with involvement in optimising adverts, employer branding, research, and marketing. 

Managing early careers revealed her passion for nurturing talent, particularly Gen Z, amidst challenges like AI and Chat GPT. She is committed to empowering young professionals and looks forward to creating innovative programmes for her clients at her new role with Talent Solutions. 

Outside of work, Harsheeta enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons, exploring weekend markets, hosting dinner parties, and has an exquisite collection of Anime funko pop figurines.
