Fisher & Paykel Healthcare 180-Degree Feedback Tool

To enhance deeper learning in their Graduate Programme, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare (F&PH) required a tool that would enable graduates to critically reflect on their strengths and development areas in line with the company’s newly developed competency framework. The 180-Degree Feedback Tool offered by Talent Solutions was the perfect option.

Similar to the well-known 360-Degree feedback tool where employees receive feedback from their manager, colleagues and direct reports, the 180-Degree Feedback Tool is designed for employees in roles without downward reporting lines. 

Using the tool, the F&PH graduates were able to assess themselves against the company’s competencies and receive real-time, anonymised feedback from their manager and nominated peers in the form of a personalised 180-Degree Development Report. This report helped to build the graduates’ self-awareness and served as a foundation for their personal and professional development planning..
