Vicki Kendall

Vicki has over 15 years’ experience in human resources with a passion for all things graduate, talent attraction and talent development.

Most recently Vicki spent 5 years at Danone as Talent and Learning Manager; a highlight from this time was designing Danone’s 2-year Graduate development programme, from attraction and selection strategy through to programme content and pastoral care. Graduates were represented across various functions including Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, and Research and Innovation and all have been retained post-programme in crucial roles within the business.

As well as managing the graduate programme, Vicki led projects in talent development, employer branding, learning and data analytics. Whilst at Danone Vicki also had the opportunity to be seconded to the HR team in Tokyo for 6 months to support on a range of Talent initiatives.

Vicki’s enthusiasm for graduate recruitment developed during her 2.5 years working with Seren Wilson (Director, Talent Solutions) on the award winning Teach First NZ Graduate Programme, aiming to reduce educational inequality in New Zealand by recruiting outstanding graduates from specialist subject areas to work in schools serving low-income communities.

Vicki’s experience spans across a range of industries including FMCG, construction, education, not-for-profit and, earlier in her career, agency recruitment. She is excited to now be focusing full time in the Graduate space with Talent Solutions.
